Dawn & Drift — the story

Dawn & Drift is Cmd Maker’s meditation on migration and memory: drum patterns pulled from Juba street beats, vocal motifs learned beside the Nile, and synth swells borrowed from long Australian skies.

Recorded between Sydney studio nights and morning rehearsals in community halls, this single bends percussive urgency into a warm chorus—an invitation to move and to remember.
